cinderMy name is Cinder Ernst. I’m The Knee Friendly Fitness Coach. For over 20 years, I have loved helping women (and some smart men) all over the world move their bodies, no matter what size or shape they are, so they can reduce pain and have more active, joyous lives.

The same thing happened to me this year, it was my hip not my knee this time but I still used the  system on myself.

Cinder-horseLast month I rode my neighbor’s beautiful horse through the hills at my  Sierra home.

A few months earlier, my doctor said that I might never be able to ride again because I had severe hip pain. When I walked, I felt like my leg would collapse. If I moved wrong while I slept, I would wake up with a sharp cry. I was sad and depressed, but I felt frozen and afraid. I stayed in this place of inaction for months.

The hip pain was getting in the way of having sex, hiking, sitting for any length of time, driving, lying on my couch and even a good night’s sleep. Sound familiar?

 

The turning point came when I decided to go for my dream

Horseback riding has always been a dream of mine and now became a motivation to use my own system to heal. So I used my No-Fail Fitness System to work on hip pain. I did what I needed to do and now I am able to do what I love.

Just a year ago, one of my clients had a total knee replacement. I supported her to be in the best shape possible before surgery and during rehab.
