There are 2 options for private time with Cinder. You can see her by the session or participate in the Get Your Life Back Private Program.

Cinder’s programs are designed to be safe, easy, doable and powerfully effective at pain relief and mobility improvements. That’s why they’re called Get Your Life Back!

Personal Training by the session is right for you if:

  • You are already exercising and need expert help with program design or upgrade.
  • You are self-motivated and need help knowing where to start.
  • You want your workout handled and don’t want to even think about self-motivation.

The Get Your Life Back Private Program is right for you if:

  • You haven’t exercised in a while (or ever) and you are ready.
  • You know you have a lot of resistance to fitness and exercise.
  • You have not been able to keep a workout program going.
  • You cannot afford to have a personal trainer for the rest of your life.
  • You’re ready to handle this exercise thing once and for all.

The Get Your Life Back Private Program will take you from being a reluctant exerciser to someone who exercises consistently and without struggle for the rest of your life. The program is 6 months of private training and support and can be done in person or virtually.
